Order:

① Order quantity: The minimum order quantity for each product is 50 pieces. It depends on different circumstances.

② Order samples: For products that require sample making, a sample making fee of 100 to 1,000 yuan will be charged based on the actual situation. The sample making cycle is 1 to 7 days, which will be negotiated and arranged according to the production situation in the workshop and the customer's time. After the goods are made, the sample making fee will be refunded or used to offset the payment.

③ Product style: If any modification or design change is made to the product, additional mold-making fees and processing fees will be charged. The product materials and colors can be changed according to the customer's requirements.

④ Formal order: Both parties confirm the style, quantity, material, unit price, advertising requirements (the products can be embossed with logos or custom-made with logos of different materials such as metals) and delivery time of the order products, and sign an equal cooperation business contract between both parties.
2. Production: During the production process, if you have any special requirements, please inform us as soon as possible. If we encounter any issues that need to be confirmed during production, we will also contact you promptly to discuss solutions.
3. Delivery Time: Our general delivery time is 5 to 30 days. For urgent delivery or special orders, please negotiate separately. The mode of transportation is arranged according to the customer's requirements.

4. Payment: Within 24 hours from the date of contract signing, the customer must prepay 30% of the total payment, and the remaining payment should be settled before shipment. Payment methods: All major banks or Alipay transfer payment are acceptable.

5. After-sales service: Due to quality and other reasons, we will take full responsibility and promptly solve problems for customers. We will not be held responsible for any damage to the goods during long-distance transportation or any delay caused by time or natural force majeure factors during the transportation process.

6. Other matters not covered herein shall be subject to mutual consultation by both parties as the circumstances require.
